Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £27,000

About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated Field Care Supervisor to lead our team of carers and ensure the highest quality of care for our clients. As an ambassador for Cera, you will be responsible for conducting client assessments, constructing care plans, and monitoring the provision of care in the field. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of carers to ensure they are skilled and able to deliver a safe quality of care
  • Ensure customers' requirements are met and their needs are prioritized
  • Complete meet & greet of all new packages and conduct regular reviews of care plans
  • Local knowledge of the area and ability to navigate complex care situations
  • Complete risk assessments and audits of MAR charts and Log books
  • Conduct carer spot checks and field supervisions to ensure compliance with Cera's standards
  • Support carers with compliance and attend provider meetings to discuss business opportunities
  • Take part in out-of-hours on-call and engage in team meetings to ensure seamless communication

Background and Experience:

  • Fully flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven work history in the care sector with excellent knowledge of care standards and regulations
  • Good communication and IT skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • NVQ desirable but not essential
