Key Responsibilities:

As a Supervisor at Iceland, you will be responsible for managing availability across the store, driving sales, and providing fast and efficient service to customers. You will work closely with the Store Manager and the wider store team to deliver the best possible business standards.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, the ability to keep things simple and take action to make things better, and the ability to support, engage and inspire a team to work as one. You should be committed to succeeding and be able to flourish in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

This is a permanent position, and you will be required to work shifts between 8am-17pm or 9:30am to 6:30pm. Weekend availability is needed. You will have the opportunity to develop a fantastic career with an ever-growing company where people are key to our success.
