About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure prompt and accurate responses to all handling requests
  • Coordinate the daily movement schedule for the airport, balancing operational needs with regulatory requirements
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Execute clients' requests with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality service
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver personalized service to passengers and clients
  • Maintain accurate records and information in the FBO's computer system
  • Participate in ad-hoc activities and tasks as required
About You
  • We are looking for a candidate with:
  • Strong administration and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Customer focus and ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends
  • Interest in aviation and experience in a similar role (desirable)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
