As a Resident Care Manager at our esteemed care home, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of elderly individuals. With a focus on delivering exceptional care and creating a supportive environment, we invite applications from experienced professionals who share our commitment to excellence.
The successful candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare, excellent leadership skills, and a genuine passion for caregiving. In addition to administering and overseeing medication, they will also be responsible for coordinating care plans, monitoring resident outcomes, and liaising with families.
A Competitive Salary Package:
You can expect a competitive salary of £13.11 per hour (Days) and double time for bank holidays. Furthermore, we offer a guaranteed 42-hour/week contract, providing a stable and secure work arrangement.
