Bookkeeper Needed in Hemel Hempstead

We are looking for a skilled Part Time Bookkeeper to join our client's team in the Electrical products wholesaler industry based in Hemel Hempstead.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will process payments, invoices, income, and receipts accurately, enter data into accounting software or databases, and prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, cash flow, and profit and loss.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process all financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure the accuracy of business accounts by verifying and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Prepare employee wages and manage employee expense claims effectively.
  • Comply with local laws and regulations regarding financial reporting.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday – 4 to 5 hours a day (hours to be confirmed), accommodating the school run etc.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant or similar job roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and good level of English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Salary:

A competitive hourly rate of £12.00 - £15.00.
