We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at our Hertfordshire HQ. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for managing all incoming communications, including phone calls and visitors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide a warm welcome to visitors and direct them to the relevant person or department
  2. Respond to phone calls and manage the switchboard effectively
  3. Process and distribute mail and couriers promptly
  4. Perform administrative tasks, including updating calendars and scheduling meetings
  5. Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are clean and organized

Requirements:

  • You must have a minimum of A 'levels or equivalent qualifications
  • You should be available to work 3 full days per week (Tues-Thurs) with flexibility on Mondays and Fridays as required
  • You should have previous experience as a Receptionist in a busy commercial office environment
  • You should possess good administrative skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
