**Job Description:**

  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, providing guidance on employee handbooks.
  • Lead hiring processes from interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Manage key HR projects such as Employee Value Proposition, Employer Branding, and Early Careers programs.
  • Support payroll validation, administer pay reviews, and manage benefits.
  • Ensure legal compliance, handle grievances and disciplinary procedures, and manage performance and absence cases.
  • Drive employee engagement through town halls, events, surveys, and action plans.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and facilitate training on core HR processes.
  • Oversee onboarding, orientations, record-keeping, and data entry in line with GDPR.
  • Monitor key HR metrics and analytics to enhance business performance.

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.
