Room Leader

At Grandir UK, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Room Leader to join our Preschool Room team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing professional leadership to all staff members and maintaining the highest standards of care and education.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and be able to promote high standards of quality within the nursery. You will also be responsible for supporting and supervising playroom staff with their day-to-day duties, deploying staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms.
Key responsibilities will include ensuring the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures, allocating children to keycarers appropriately, and providing professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child. You will also be responsible for promoting the nursery to current parents and potential customers, and developing open and positive working relationships with staff.
