**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop project budgets based on estimates and provide cost information to project managers and clients.
* Prepare and submit competitive bids and tenders for fit-out projects, ensuring that financial viability is a top priority.
* Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best possible deals, driving cost savings and efficiency.
* Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with project costs and timelines, providing proactive solutions to mitigate these risks.
* Suggest alternative materials or methods that can achieve cost savings, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
* Monitor project costs against estimates and budgets, identifying any variances and taking corrective action to ensure project deliverables are met.
* Maintain comprehensive records of estimates, tender submissions, and correspondence with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring transparency and accountability.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in cost estimation and project management in the Commercial fit-out sector.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, project managers, and suppliers.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
