Job Summary

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including consultants, branch managers, and partners.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of the branch's weekly payroll in accordance with organizational policies and compliance requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and candidates contacting the branch, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Effectively register new and update existing candidates on the organization's in-house database.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in payroll processing and administration, with knowledge of relevant policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
