Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll T&A Administrator to join our team at Kerry. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our business and ensuring top-notch HR and Payroll services are delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Payroll accurately and on time
- Input and process payroll data
- Provide Payroll and administration support
- Assist with Payroll audits
- Maintain employee information and leave balances
- Manage leave requests
- Monitor and report on KPIs
- Participate in Payroll initiatives and projects
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous payroll experience
- Experience with SuccessFactors, Clockwise, and Kronos
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Continuous Excellence / Lean Working skills
