We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll T&A Administrator to join our team at Kerry. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our business and ensuring top-notch HR and Payroll services are delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer Payroll accurately and on time
  • Input and process payroll data
  • Provide Payroll and administration support
  • Assist with Payroll audits
  • Maintain employee information and leave balances
  • Manage leave requests
  • Monitor and report on KPIs
  • Participate in Payroll initiatives and projects

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous payroll experience
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, Clockwise, and Kronos
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Continuous Excellence / Lean Working skills
