As a Senior Quantity Surveyor at A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of contracted work within our Southern Home Counties Business.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience working on 2 stage projects and managing own projects individually. You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely commercial reports and advice to the management team.

You will ensure contracts achieve appropriate commercial targets by ensuring contract compliance and providing commercial expertise.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in main contracting market with experience of working on DFE schemes between £10 and £40 million
  • Significant experience in managing own projects individually

Salary Range:
