We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Delivery Manager to join our team in Canterbury, Kent. As a key member of our Southern Home Counties Business, you will be responsible for providing commercial expertise and supporting the delivery of contracted work.

About the Job:

You will be working closely with our management team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring and controlling project costs, managing subcontractors, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits package

Benefits: Our client offers a comprehensive benefits package including car allowance, travel allowance, bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, private health care, death in service, and excellent progression opportunities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in quantity surveying, preferably in a Tier 1 contractor environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in quantity surveying or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
