Construction Expert: £25m Education Projects

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in the Southern Home Counties. As a key member of our projects delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the commercial success of our £25m education projects.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial expertise and support the delivery of contracted work. You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely commercial reports and advice to the management team, ensuring the contract achieves its commercial targets.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus benefits including a car allowance, travel allowance, bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, private health care, and death in service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have a good understanding of construction techniques, a HNC/ Degree in commercial management or a similar sector-related course, and/or RICS membership. Strong knowledge of company management systems, including commercial and financial systems, is also essential. Proven experience of managing a team of assistant/quantity surveyors on a large contract is desirable.
