We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN teaching assistant to join our team at Empowering Learning. As a teaching assistant, you will work on a 1:1 basis with a child in reception, providing academic support and promoting a love of learning.
Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized support to a child with Autism, adapting your approach to meet their unique needs
• Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement personalized learning plans
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, making learning fun and engaging for all students
Requirements:
• A minimum Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or Teaching Assistant
• Experience working in KS1 and with children with Autism
• A DBS dated within the last 12 months or on the update service
What We Offer:
• A daily rate of £85-£100
• Regular CPD training opportunities, including Team Teach training
• A dedicated consultant available 24/7
• Holiday pay of 12.07% and pension contributions
