Are you a creative and innovative individual with a passion for video editing and digital content creation? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a talent for bringing stories to life? We're seeking a skilled Video Editor to join our team at Frasers Group, a leading retail company that's rethinking the future of retail.

About the Role

As a Video Editor, you'll be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality video content for our learning and development solutions. You'll work closely with our stakeholders to design and deliver world-class learning experiences that support our people to be at their best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Editing and creating engaging learning content, including instructional and promotional videos, branding, and motion graphics
  • Supporting our Videographer with filming and editing footage for internal and external use
  • Creating supporting digital assets, such as banners for social media and GIFs
Requirements
  • Experience with motion graphics, including 2D animations
  • Proficient with content creation tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud applications, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, and DaVinci Resolve
  • Ability to interpret briefs and produce storyboards
  • Collaboration with teams around the business to deliver their vision using briefs and guidelines
  • Maintaining and organizing file structures and working projects
  • Skilled in audio management and color correction
  • Understanding of various camera formats, audio, and file types
  • Practical knowledge and experience of working with video production equipment, including sound and light
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently with a strong eye for detail and catching errors
  • Can edit to a highly creative and technical standard
  • Technically fluent in digital: social, web, mobile, apps
  • English/Writing Qualification (e.g., GCSE/A-Level/Higher or equivalent in English Language or Creative Writing)
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in 3D motion graphics, including animation and typography
  • Skilled at PowerPoint and proficiency in the rest of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in managing your own projects
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work to post-production schedules, managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Awareness of the Frasers Group brands, products, and services
