Job Title: Database Administrator

At Undisclosed, we are seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our SQL Server databases to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage SQL Server databases across multiple environments, from development to production.
  • Configure and maintain database servers and processes to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Apply data modeling techniques to support development and implementation efforts.
  • Analyze and resolve issues in real-time, providing end-to-end problem resolution.
  • Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes.
  • Assist developers with complex query tuning and schema refinement.
  • Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in MS SQL Server Administration.
  • Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO) and native monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server.
  • Experience working with Windows server and Active Directory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and multi-task effectively.
