Commis Chef Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Commis Chef to join our luxury 4-Star Hotel property in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of fine dining dishes
  • Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Develop skills in a small kitchen

Benefits:

  • 20 days holidays plus bank holidays
  • Equal share of tips (average €300-€400 per month)
  • 5 days over 7, with the restaurant closed on Mondays

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fine dining kitchen
  • Rosette/Michelin experience
