Job Title: Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef to join our team at Corporate Catering Contract Catering. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support and assist the Head Chef/Chef Manager in the delivery of the catering service in line with CCSL standards.
  • Provide an excellent service to all customers and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting food to a consistently high standard in line with company and client requirements.
  • Achieve and maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and quality in line with company procedures.
  • Assist with stock takes on a regular basis; monitoring stock levels and ordering and delivering of stock as required.
  • Monitor of and ensure compliance with health & safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Assist in the achievement of Gross Profit targets as required by Corporate Catering.
  • Comply with and maintain the ISO quality standard.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues; manager and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Represent the company on a day to day basis to the best of your ability.
