About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Undergraduate Engineer to join our team in the nuclear warhead programme.

We take a multifaceted approach, including supporting the weapon programme, counter-terrorism efforts, identifying nuclear tests worldwide, and building an expert group of individuals to enhance the UK's depth in nuclear science and technology.

Job Description

In this exciting one-year placement, you will make a genuine contribution to keeping the UK safe and secure. You will have opportunities to explore various aspects of engineering, including civil and construction projects, analytical modelling, virtual reality testing, additive manufacturing, and more.

You will be working with a talented team of professionals and gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must be studying for a degree within an engineering field, including Manufacturing, Mechanical, Design, Aerospace, Automotive, Chemical, Electrical, Robotics, Mechatronic, Systems, Materials, Civil, or Nuclear Engineering.
