About the Role

As a Senior Accounting Manager at TWI Ltd, you will have the opportunity to lead our accounting team in providing high-quality financial reporting and analysis. This is a key role in our organization, with significant visibility and responsibility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our group's reporting on a monthly basis, preparing financial statements, and managing internal audits. They will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring team members, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and driving process improvements within the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the group's reporting on a monthly basis, including preparation of financial statements and management of internal audits.
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders, including the CEO, FD, and executive directors.
  • Drive process improvements within the finance team.
