Teaching Assistant for Students with Special Needs

About the Role:
">This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting, supporting students with special educational needs. As a member of our SEN team, you will provide tailored support to ensure each student reaches their full potential.

- Supporting teachers in planning and delivering lessons for students with SEN">
- Assisting students with daily living skills, such as personal care and mobility">
- Providing one-to-one support to students who require additional help">
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance">
Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A level 2 qualification in a relevant field, such as childcare or education">
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
- A patient and empathetic approach when working with students">
Salary and Benefits:
">We offer a competitive salary of £21,550 - £22,543 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits. The hourly rate is estimated to be around £10-£11 per hour.
">The successful candidate will be based at Quidenham, Norwich, and will work 40 hours per week during term time only, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours to accommodate the needs of the school.
