About Us
We are a forward-thinking primary school in Ealing, striving to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment for all students. We are seeking an exceptional Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated team and contribute to the growth and development of our students.

Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to provide tailored support and interventions for students with severe SEN needs, including ASD. This will involve leading small group sessions, delivering engaging activities, and collaborating with the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to ensure each child's individual needs are met.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or in a similar position supporting students with severe SEN needs, particularly those with ASD. A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent is also essential. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach are vital for building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
