Support Assistant Roles in Primary Education

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Assistant to join our team at a Primary School in Ealing.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEN/SEMH needs and be able to lead 1:1 and small group sessions to assist them.
Key Responsibilities:
- To work closely with teaching staff to identify and support children with SEN/SEMH needs
- To develop and implement individualised plans to meet the needs of children with SEN/SEMH
- To provide emotional support and guidance to children with SEN/SEMH needs
Requirements:
- A graduate with a strong academic background, including a 1st Class degree or 2:1
- Experience working with children in a school-based environment
- Good understanding and experience of SEN/SEMH needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions:
This role is full-time, long-term and based in Ealing. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4pm.
