We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HLTA to join our client school as a Primary School SEND Support Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a popular primary school in Ealing, supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and developing your leadership skills.

About the Role

We are looking for someone with a strong background in SEN, who can lead and develop the SEN provision in the school. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing support to students with complex needs. They will also be responsible for leading and mentoring colleagues to ensure the highest standards of SEN provision are maintained.

A key aspect of this role is the development and implementation of effective strategies to improve SEN provision. This may involve working with teachers, support staff, and other professionals to ensure that students receive the best possible support.

This is a full-time position, and the salary is estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
