Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Management Office Analyst to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of projects and work packages within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain specific project management documents and governance.
  • Support planning, reporting, risk management, and issue resolution activities.
  • Ensure project delivery is managed to a defined plan.
  • Provide support for proactive management of risks, issues, dependencies, resources, costs, and milestones.
  • Ensure regular reporting requirements are maintained.
  • Champion organizational standards and ensure compliance.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization and with external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and administer Project/Programme Boards.
  • Maintain and update control documentation regularly.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a project and programme management environment.
  • Knowledge of or direct experience with Agile methodologies.

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience establishing and implementing project control mechanisms.
  • Previous experience in a business or organization with a similar structure to Service Care Solutions Ltd.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.

Qualifications:

  • Essential: None.
  • Desirable: Agile certification (e.g. Certified Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner).

Vetting:

  • Minimum DV Clearance required before application.
  • Preparedness to obtain additional security clearance (STRAP) if required.
