We are seeking an experienced Agile Business Analyst to join our team at eTeam, Inc. as a key member of our compliance project team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ISO20022 and experience in delivering projects for compliance with the ISO standard for financial services messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the definition, approach, facilitation, and satisfactory completion of medium-scale projects with direct business impact and firm deadlines.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks to the success of the project.
- Ensure realistic project plans are maintained and regular and accurate communication to stakeholders.
- Adopt appropriate project management methods and tools, whether predictive or adaptive approaches.
- Manage the change control procedure and ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed cost, timescale, and resource budgets.
Requirements:
- Experience delivering projects for compliance with the ISO standard for financial services messaging.
- ISO 20022, operational change, and potentially interest rate change experience.
- Strong project management skills with all-round experience.
- Payments, data, and regulatory experience.
