We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for scheduling works and projects, liaising with contractors, subcontractors, and engineers, providing customer support, and performing general office and commercial administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule works and projects: Coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and engineers: Communicate effectively with external partners to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Customer support: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- General office and commercial administration: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role: Possess relevant experience in project coordination, administration, or a related field.
- Good IT and telephone skills: Proficient in using computer software, email, and telephone systems to communicate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
