Assistant Building Surveyor Position Overview

Bennett and Game Recruitment are seeking a talented Graduate or Assistant Building Surveyor to join their team in Poole. As a key member of the Building Surveying team, you will work closely with a chartered surveyor, focusing on commercial property projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of commercial property projects
  • Work towards completing the APC process to become MRICS qualified
  • Collaborate with the senior surveyor to achieve project goals
  • Develop skills and knowledge in building surveying and commercial property

Requirements:

  • Graduated or close to graduating in Building Surveying or similar (RICS accredited)
  • Full driving licence
  • Based in the Poole area or willing to relocate
  • Seeking a long-term role
  • Keen to complete the APC process
