Exciting Opportunity for a Graduate or Assistant Building Surveyor

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Graduate or Assistant Building Surveyor to join our dynamic team at Find Apprenticeships. As a key member of our Building Surveying team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional results for our clients.

About the Role
  • Job Type: Permanent
  • Job Location: Poole
  • Job Title: Graduate / Assistant Building Surveyor
  • Reports to: Senior Surveyor
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday

As a Graduate or Assistant Building Surveyor, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide expert advice on commercial properties. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of property valuations and reports
  • Conducting site visits and inspections
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver projects
  • Developing your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
  • Graduated or be close to graduating in Building Surveying or a similar field (RICS accredited)
  • Full driving licence
  • Based within commuting distance of Poole (or looking to relocate there)
  • Must be seeking a long-term role
  • Be keen to complete the APC process
