Assistant Building Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Graduate or Assistant Building Surveyor to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our Building Surveying team, you will be responsible for working on a range of commercial property projects, collaborating closely with our experienced chartered surveyors to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of building surveys and reports
  • Conduct site visits and inspections
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver commercial property projects
  • Support the APC process to become MRICS qualified
Requirements:
  • Graduated or be close to graduating in Building Surveying or similar (RICS accredited)
  • Full driving licence
  • Based in a commuting distance of Poole (or looking to relocate there)
  • Must be seeking a long-term role
  • Be keen to complete the APC process
