About the Opportunity:
Our client, Suntory Global Spirits, is a world leader in premium spirits, seeking a talented Commercial Sales Lead - Pub Groups to support their growth. As a key player in their Commercial Sales function, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with Pub Groups, driving revenue growth and expanding market share.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of commercial strategies for Pub Groups, focusing on revenue growth and market expansion
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives
- Manage the P&L for Pub Groups, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded
- Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with distributors and internal teams
Requirements:
- Proven commercial experience in the Drinks industry with a focus on On-Trade account management
- Strong understanding of Managed & Leased Pubs
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to leverage data to drive business decisions
