Job Title: Commercial Sales Director Lead
We are seeking an exceptional Commercial Sales Director Lead to drive sales growth and expansion at Trackforce. As a leader of our Commercial Sales team, you will develop and execute strategic plans, mentor a high-performing team, and collaborate with marketing to target commercial prospects.
About the Company: Trackforce is a global leader in Physical Security Workforce Management software solutions. With a presence in over 45 countries, we serve 3,000+ clients with a platform that supports more than 50 languages.
About the Role: As a Commercial Sales Director Lead, you will utilize your expertise to manage a team of eight to ten Commercial Account Executives. Your primary responsibility will be to capture new clients, upsell and cross-sell current clients, boost revenue, and broaden our market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand market share.
- Mentor and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Collaborate with marketing to leverage campaigns and resources that target commercial prospects.
- Proactively coach the team to self-generate leads through various channels (cold calling, emailing, inbound, outbound).
- Serve as a trusted advisor for SMB and Mid-Market clients and the sales team.
- Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing sales teams selling into Small Business or Mid-Market accounts.
- Familiarity with various Sales methodologies – MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message, J Barrows.
- Able to thrive in high-volume sales environments, with a focus on quick turnaround and deal velocity.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced commercial segment.
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience with pricing large contracts and multi-year agreements.
- Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce to manage sales pipeline.
- Ability to demonstrate customer side success through past customer references that will be checked.
- Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year.
