Occupational Therapist

As an occupational therapist within the Adult Social Care Reviewing Team, you will play a critical role in transforming lives by helping individuals achieve and maintain independence. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate individuals' needs and strengths.
- Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Promoting independence through a strengths-based approach.
- Reviewing and planning care plans to ensure they meet the evolving needs of residents.
- Joint working with the technical instructor and reviewing officers/social workers to provide assessments and support customers in increasing their independence.
We are looking for an occupational therapist who is:
- Experienced and compassionate, with a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable adults.
- Dedicated to professional growth and contributing to the development of the team.
- Skilled in communication and assessment, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Registered with the HCPC.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant experience working with individuals to promote their independence.
- Experience in adult social care, preferably in a community care setting.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, particularly the Care Act 2014.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and a full UK driving license.
