Pets Corner UK is a family-run business that values customer-centricity and a passion for pets. We're seeking a Sales Advisor to join our Richmond store, where you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and expert nutrition advice.
The role of Sales Advisor involves:
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences and going above and beyond to meet customer needs
- Assessing customer requirements and recommending Pets Corner products and services
- Maintaining high standards of product presentation, stock levels, and cleanliness
- Staying up-to-date with pricing, promotions, and merchandising initiatives
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A genuine interest in Pets Corner's vision, products, and values
- A confident, positive, and helpful approach
- Strong customer focus with a desire to build relationships with customers and their pets
- The ability to engage naturally with customers
- A thirst for continued training and development
- The drive and determination to work collaboratively as part of a busy team
