Job Title: Telesales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Brave. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through targeted telephone sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver small commercial telephone sales targets and support the development of new business pipeline through high-quality customer service.
  • Prospect new clients and positively impact Agency sales.
  • Review areas of success and develop best working practices across the new business development teams.
  • Produce up-to-date records for every customer interaction and contact, ensuring accuracy.
  • Demonstrate high values of trust and integrity, acting as a positive role model in line with the values and ethos of Brave.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships within the team and all relevant key contacts and teams.
  • Ensure all duties are carried out in compliance with relevant external legislation and regulation, internal compliance, and other procedures and local policies and processes.
  • Support the business development team with campaigns, helping to deliver upon required call volumes and converting leads into opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in targeted telesales/sales role or appointment generator role.
  • Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good IT skills, especially Microsoft Office, and the ability to effectively use Brave systems.
  • Good maths and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage own workload and work effectively under pressure.
  • Great team working and ability to build effective relationships through positive behaviours, honesty, and integrity.
  • Own transport and full UK driving licence.
