Job Summary:
KPI Recruiting is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housing Scheduler/Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing accommodation requests, coordinating with authorities, and ensuring prompt responses to requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accommodation requests within set deadlines to meet business targets
- Coordinate with authorities to manage the service user process and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
- Liaise with property negotiators to track property availability and manage demand
- Work closely with field, maintenance, and transport teams to meet internal service level agreements and key performance indicators
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively while being a collaborative team player
- Proactive with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- Skilled in multitasking and able to work in a fast-paced environment
