About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Operations Manager to join our team at Field House Care Home in Harpenden.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to provide outstanding, personalised care to our residents.
  • Manage all aspects of the home, identifying business opportunities while effectively managing budgets.
  • Take responsibility for the operating profit of the home and ensure regulatory compliance is maintained across all relevant areas.

About Our Home

Field House sits in a residential area and provides residential and nursing care, including care for those living with Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease, Parkinson's and Huntington's.

The home has a friendly feel where the team are passionate about providing person centred care and promoting dignity and independence among residents.
