About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Chippenham Community Hospital.

As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering rehabilitation programs to patients with complex needs, working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to achieve timely discharges.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and clinical assessment skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and lead junior staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering specialist occupational therapy assessment and intervention to patients on our 20-bedded stroke ward.
  • Supervising and developing junior staff within the therapy team.
  • Contributing to the day-to-day management of the unit, including some administrative tasks.

**Salary:** £43,141 - £72,679 per annum (dependent on experience)
