We are seeking an experienced Engineering Construction Manager to join our team at ASSYSTEM. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering engineering services to support the construction of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Contract Engineering Lead activities for HK8010 contract related to the 5 disciplines.
  • Implement the Triple 1 model across all disciplines.
  • Support the construction Project Managers in the establishment of Key Performance indicators.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to close all open points and technical queries raised by the construction contractor.
  • Coordinate interface with Front Office teams in the answers provided for Field Change Requests / Non-Conformances from site.
  • Ensure integration of the needs for activities post-construction into the construction sequence.
  • Coordinate all the engineering activities to support construction sequence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in an equivalent / related role in the construction industry.
  • Meticulous and rigorous approach to engineering to achieve high professional standards.
  • Proven ability to successfully deliver engineering safely to the correct quality, time and cost in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
  • Strong people leadership skills to coordinate efficient delivery of their scope through empowerment of their team members and drawing on the necessary support from others in the organisation.
  • Ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Degree in related engineering field.
  • MCIOB - Chartered Engineer with relevant engineering institute.
  • Detailed understanding of PWR design and experience in PWR operations.
  • Working knowledge of French language an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of CDM Regulations.
