Job Description

We are seeking an HRIS Administrator to join our award-winning HR team at a top UK law firm. As a key member of the HRIS team, you will play a crucial role in administering our HR System, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and providing exceptional support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the HR System, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and maintenance.
  • Provide exceptional support to employees, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the HRIS team to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our HR System.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HRIS administration, with a strong understanding of HR systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
