Network and Street Works Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Street Works Manager to lead our teams in Traffic Management, Streetworks, and Highway Regulation. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a passion for managing and improving highway networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies to regulate activities on the highway network, aiming to minimize congestion and ensure safety.
  • Lead and manage teams to ensure compliance with statutory duties.
  • Build partnerships with strategic partners and agencies to promote a resilient highway network.
  • Oversee capital and revenue budgets, ensuring effective planning and financial monitoring.
Requirements:
  • Level 6 qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • In-depth knowledge of traffic engineering, road safety, and the Traffic Management Act 2004.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
