  • Conduct risk assessments and support care assistants in providing daily care.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop services.

About You:

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

  • Good understanding of care planning processes and procedures.
  • Experienced in administering medication or willing to undertake training.
  • Natural ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
