Job Description: Resident Experience Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Resident Experience Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programmes that enhance the overall experience of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement programmes of individual and group activities in response to identified wants and needs.
  • Work closely with residents, staff, and others involved in the organisation and running of events.
  • Maintain and develop the home's 'information bank' about community and other resources that residents might be able to use in the pursuit of their interests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in Care/Dementia Care (advantageous but not essential).
  • Flexible, caring, and compassionate approach.
  • Positive, self-motivated, and organised attitude.
  • Good communication skills with colleagues and residents.
