Senior Commissioning Development Officer (Band 7) - Integrated Commissioning

Royal Greenwich Integrated Commissioning are recruiting for a Senior Commissioning Development Officer to support a new vision for Commissioning in Children’s Services.

We are developing an integrated approach to commissioning services within Greenwich, building on our strengths to make a real difference to the lives of children, young people and their families.

This role will lead on the development and delivery of strategies and action plans for the borough, contract managing performance of specific services leading to good outcomes for service users.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the priorities in children’s services, excellent negotiation and influencing skills to effectively engage stakeholders, and be passionate about working to bring change across a whole system.

Key responsibilities include leading on the management of time-limited projects, promoting innovation through co-production with partners, staff and residents, and developing relationships with senior leaders in children’s services.
