As a key member of the North Lanarkshire Council team, you will play a critical role in driving transformational change and delivering exceptional services to the community.

About the Role

The Chief Digital and Transformation Officer will be responsible for leading the Council's digital and technology strategy, ensuring the delivery of robust financial services and driving further savings and efficiencies.

You will work closely with partners to address the significant challenges faced in improving outcomes for the people and communities of North Lanarkshire, while continuing to deliver considerable change and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setting the Council's core financial strategy and delivering robust financial services
  • Overseeing the delivery of the Council's Digital and IT strategy and its supporting programme of digital and technological transformation
  • Acting as key advisor to the Chief Executive and the Council as the Section 95 Officer
  • Working with partners to address the significant challenges faced in improving outcomes for the people and communities of North Lanarkshire
