Administrative Support Coordinator

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our Projects Team as an Administrative Support Coordinator.
As an essential member of the team, you will provide administrative support in preparing project documentation, plans, and reports for subcontractors. Your excellent communication skills will be utilized in maintaining ongoing customer communication regarding progress on outstanding works.
In this role, you will work closely with subcontractors and customers to plan works efficiently, taking into account the location of other jobs booked for the day. You will also be responsible for completing daily excel spreadsheets and updating the CAFM system and customer portals.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to achieve the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard qualification through classes at Kidderminster College. With opportunities for progression within the company, you can develop your skills and advance to Co-ordinator or Senior Co-ordinator roles.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, with shifts either 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm. The estimated salary for this role is £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
To be successful in this role, you will require a GCSE in Maths and English (Grade 4/C) and possess strong organizational and time management skills.
