Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire, offering a unique blend of luxury accommodation, exceptional dining experiences, and world-class spa facilities. We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and lead our culinary operation.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including menu planning, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu ideas and concepts
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary Information: The estimated salary for this position is £48,000 - £58,000 per year, depending on experience.
