About the Job

We are looking for an EDI Programme Manager to join our team at the Institute of Physics. The successful candidate will have excellent programme management skills, strong organisational abilities, and good level of EDI knowledge and experience.

Key responsibilities include managing the Physics Inclusion Award, working with colleagues across the IOP, and providing EDI advice and guidance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stakeholder management, be able to prioritise and pick tasks up quickly, and have excellent communication skills.

Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
