Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective services to children and families
  • Develop and implement innovative, evidence-based interventions to improve outcomes
  • Drive the development of early help and children's social care services
  • Lead specific practice areas across Cornwall, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Strengthen staff confidence, capability, wellbeing, and resilience through coaching and mentoring
Requirements
  • Qualified and registered social worker with a proven track record of effective leadership in social care
  • Ability to lead the development and delivery of innovative, evidence-based interventions
  • Strong commitment to improving children's experiences and outcomes
  • Expertise in building the confidence, capabilities, and resilience of the workforce
  • Excellent ability to foster a positive, supportive work environment
